Abstract:

Reduced immune system activation or effectiveness is known as immunosuppression. In essence, it's a condition in which the body's defenses are compromised, leaving it more vulnerable to autoimmune disorders and infections. Supplementing with antioxidants can greatly enhance some immunological responses. Antioxidants are compounds that neutralize free radicals or stop other compounds from oxidizing. Spices such as cinnamon, lemongrass, ginger, peppermint, black pepper Tulsi can help to boost immunity generally and may help stave against disease. Ganoderma lucidum an edible mushroom that has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine is show potent antioxidant activity. When combined, the fungus extract (Reishi mushroom) and the herbal extract (ginger, black pepper) exhibit strong antioxidant activity.
