Abstract:

Respiratory health is increasingly under threat due to pollution, lifestyle factors, and modern stressors. Inhalers offer a convenient and fast-acting method to relieve congestion and enhance breathing. This study focuses on the development of a natural inhaler combining essential oils and traditional Ayurvedic herbs, creating an eco-friendly and chemical-free alternative to conventional inhalers. This article explores the methodology, ingredients, benefits, and conclusions drawn from the research.
